RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
Damaged , defective or incorrectly-described goods :
All requests for return of items must be made within 21 days of the dispatch date of the order. After this period returns cannot be accepted. Where a request is made within the 21 day period , we can only accept return of an item where it is incorrectly described or supplied by ourselves.
At our discretion , we may occasionally allow a return of an item outside of these criteria. In this circumstance an alternative may be offered. A refund will not be possible if the item arrived undamaged and was as described. We cannot be responsible for the refund of postage costs of any kind. A defective item can only be replaced by the same item.
We cannot offer a refund without the prior return of the item , in any circumstances.
We will do our best to ensure you receive your order safely and undamaged. However , We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. Customers who wish for recorded delivery or extra insurance must state this in advance and will be charged for the extra service. Without this , only standard Post Office insurance terms will apply , such as they may be. For valuable items , it is for customers to request and pay for sufficient insurance to cover the value of the order , if they so wish. Postal certificates showing proof of postage will only be kept on file where extra recorded delivery or extra insurance has been specified and paid for.
